Anti-Human-Trafficking & Content Compliance Policy

Prohibited activities

• Human trafficking, modern slavery, forced labor, or child labor.
• Content depicting non-consensual sexual acts, sexual violence, coercion, or physical abuse.
• Child sexual abuse material or any sexualized content involving a minor.
• Using the Service to advertise, solicit, arrange, or facilitate commercial sex acts involving force, fraud, coercion, or a minor.
• Marketing or presenting content in a way that promotes or suggests child exploitation, trafficking, or non-consensual activity.

Age, identity, and consent requirements

• Models must complete identity and adult-age verification before approval to broadcast.
• Content providers must verify the identity and adult age of every person depicted in content they provide.
• Clear, documented written consent is required from every person depicted before publication or transmission.
• Identity, age, and consent records must be retained and produced when lawfully required for compliance review.

Reporting, review, and takedown

Suspected illegal, exploitative, underage, or non-consensual content may be reported through the public FlexyCams compliance report form. No FlexyCams account is required. Reports are investigated promptly. Content found to be illegal or non-compliant will be removed, and related accounts may be suspended or terminated. FlexyCams may preserve relevant records and report matters to law enforcement, payment partners, or other competent authorities when required or appropriate.
