Age, identity, and consent

• Models must complete identity and age verification before approval to broadcast.
• Content providers must accept the separate Content Provider Agreement.
• Content providers must obtain and retain written consent and adult-age verification for every other person depicted in submitted content.

Safety and prohibited content

FlexyCams prohibits illegal, non-consensual, exploitative, underage, trafficking-related, and other content prohibited by our standards or applicable payment-provider requirements.

Complaints and appeals

FlexyCams maintains public processes for complaints, depicted-person removal requests, consent disputes, and appeals.

Payments

Payment-card details are entered on the applicable payment processor's payment form. FlexyCams does not ask customers to enter raw card information into FlexyCams account forms.
