Content Provider Agreement

This agreement applies to every model or other content provider who broadcasts, uploads, submits, or otherwise provides content through FlexyCams.

Adult identity and age verification

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority where you live.
You must provide accurate identity and age-verification information requested by FlexyCams.
You must verify the identity and adult age of every other person depicted in content you provide.
You must keep supporting identity, age, and consent records and provide them when lawfully requested.

Consent requirements

Before providing content that depicts another person, you must obtain and keep written consent covering:

consent to be depicted in the content;
consent to public distribution and to upload or transmit the content through the applicable website or service; and
consent to downloading if the applicable service makes that content downloadable.

Prohibited activity

You may not provide content or engage in activity that is illegal, non-consensual, exploitative, or prohibited by FlexyCams or its payment-provider requirements.

Complaints and removal requests

You agree to cooperate with reasonable investigations of complaints, consent disputes, identity or age-verification issues, and content-removal requests.

Acknowledgment

Models must affirmatively accept this agreement during registration. FlexyCams records the agreement version and acceptance time as part of the model compliance record.
