Prohibited Content Policy
Effective date: September 16, 2026
FlexyCams permits only lawful, consensual adult content that complies with our standards and the requirements of our payment providers. The following content and activity are prohibited.
Never permitted
- Any person under 18, or any sexualized depiction or presentation of a minor.
- Non-consensual sexual activity, coercion, forced sexual activity, or content presented as real rape or abduction.
- Human trafficking, prostitution, or the exchange of money for sexual services.
- Bestiality, incest, snuff, cannibalism, extreme gore, or extreme violence.
- Sexual activity involving an unconscious, sleeping, hypnotized, drugged, suffocated, or otherwise unable-to-consent person.
- Voyeuristic content involving a person who did not consent to being recorded or distributed.
- Racist or sacrilegious sexual content prohibited by the applicable payment-provider standards.
- Sexual content involving bodily waste or other categories prohibited by the applicable payment-provider standards.
- Any illegal content, child sexual abuse material, or content that infringes another person's rights.
Enforcement
FlexyCams may remove or restrict content, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve records, and make reports to appropriate authorities when required by law or our safety obligations.
