Cancellation Policy
Effective date: September 16, 2026
Recurring subscriptions may be canceled to prevent future recurring billing. Cancellation does not retroactively reverse charges that have already been processed.
How to cancel
For a FlexyCams subscription, contact FlexyCams Support or use any cancellation controls made available in your account. If the subscription was processed by CCBill, you may also contact CCBill Consumer Support for billing assistance.
Billing questions and refunds
Billing questions and refund requests are reviewed case by case by the applicable payment processor and support team. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
